Almond is amazing! It is great to see an open-source assistant this way.
I am a student in the Netherlands and I am wondering if it is possible to connect Almond to the public transport app/site www.ns.nl/. Any idea/suggestion to where to start?

It is quite likely it is possible to connect Almond to it.
The first step is to determine whether they support an API for developers to use, or if you need to scrape the content of the website.
The second step is to make a Thingpedia skill, to expose the data to Almond. We have a few tutorials for developers to start. I recommend following them, starting from https://almond.stanford.edu/doc/thingpedia-tutorial-hello-world.md which is the most basic.
