Password reset

I’m trying to reset my password and I’m not receiving any emails to continue/finish the process. I’ve checked the spelling of the address that I submitted, and it’s correct. I’ve checked all my folders, including the junk folder, and there are no recent emails from Almond. I know the address is the correct because I have a password reset email I received back in May. At this point, I’m not sure what to do other than create a new account, which seems a bit silly. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, is this the account you’re trying to reset the password for? Or if not, can you DM me the actual username?

I see you can login to this account, given you posted here - I’m assuming login through Google or GitHub. In that case, I can erase your password entirely, and then you can set a new one in your user profile.
