There are a number of system-level skills, such as setting the volume of the smart speaker, setting alarms, playing sounds, etc. that should be supported by Almond.
This thread tracks the progress implementing them.
Some details are included here. The implementation will occur in the same Git repository, or in platform-specific repositories, depending on where the skill is general or platform-specific.
